Your post comes on the heels of a difficu...Darlene,<br />Your post comes on the heels of a difficult time for our family as my mother and father have recently been hospitalized within the past 6 months. My mother was, according to the doctors minutes from death, but by God's grace is doing well and out of the hospital. All this in the span of a week. I believe religious coping was of greater benefit for us because we could not go to Pennsylvania to be with her. It allowed us to draw near to God and pray for my mom. Praise God for his healing, but He even works beyond that in nurturing the faith of our children as it has grown tremendously as we walked through this time together.
